UK orders £20 or less are delivered using the 2nd Class service from Royal Mail, orders of more than £20 are delivered using the 2nd Class Signed for service. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to an expedited service, please get in touch before placing your order + we will do our best to accommodate your request. Only orders shipped to UK, Europe and US are eligible for this service at present. 

Please note that on international orders you may be liable for customs charges +/or import duties. You will be responsible for payment of these when the order reaches your country. 

If you believe your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via hello@whattheyworestore.co.uk or our Contact page

If your item goes missing in the post, we will issue you a refund but due to Royal Mail regulations, items won’t be considered lost until at least 10 working days after posting for UK orders, 20 days from the due delivery date for European orders + 25 days for the Rest of the World orders.

Returns + Exchanges

 

If you decide that your purchase isn’t right for you, we can offer you a full refund providing you return the garment to us within 14 days of you signing for your order. At present, we do not offer direct exchanges so you will need to carry out a new transaction if you wish to purchase a different item. The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent out in. What They Wore Store reserves the right to refuse a refund if our terms are not met. 

 

How to return a garment:

1) Package up your item + include your name, address + order number

Please bear in mind that returned items will be at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as What They Wore Store will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items during the return process. 

Once we’ve received your return, we will contact you via email + if accepted we will refund you via original payment method. This can take up to 5 working days to clear.
